When the tidal current moves from the shore towards the land, the overflowed water moves past three zones: from the coastlines to the streets and finally to the underground parking lots. Therefore we have sensors deployed throughout the three zones to monitor the water level in real-time, estimating the direction and speed of the waterflows and alert users of evacuation before disasters occur.
